Instilled with an adeptly strong love for music, Levi has established himself as an accomplished singer-songwriter, collaborator, and musician with a style hovering somewhere between Triple A, Rock and Indie.

Levi’s first music endeavor “A Bird of Passage” gained notoriety both locally and nationally earning opening slots for recognized artists such as Heart, The Posies and The Spin Doctors; as well as becoming well established within NACA (National Association of Campus Activities) touring much of the West Coast and Mid-Western U.S.

After releasing two well-received albums, “Passage” learned a 70’s jazz band had already used their name thus were influenced to change their name to “Vast Capital (V.C). Embracing their new name, and with the help of their manager and friend Evan Blackstone, engineer Neal Cappellino (Alison Kraus, Mindy Smith, Nickel Creek) and producer Jon Blackstone, Vast Capital set out to rediscover themselves in creating the subtly smooth and tunefully clever new album “What More Else”.

Released in 2004, the album soon received nation-wide recognition and radio airplay spending several weeks in the top 50 and 18 weeks in the top 200. VC also experienced local unprecedented success in their hometown of Seattle by establishing themselves in some of it’s top venues such as the Tractor, The High Dive, the Crocodile Cafe, the Moore Theatre and the Showbox opening for Mike Doughty (Soul Coughing) Quasi Nada, Cee-lo, and among others also performed a benefit (CCFA) with Eddie Vedder and other members of Pearl Jam. While short lived, Vast Capital garnered respectable success, but the band decided to take an extended break, leaving Levi to ponder his next move.

At that time, Levi was blessed with the opportunity to go to Africa. “It was an amazing experience to say the least and one that I will never forget...” Since returning from Africa, Levi has created a clothing line which dedicates 100% of its profits to aid the people of Uganda—it’s orphans and widows--through charities such as Krochet Kids Int. and Invisible Children.

Levi has since independently released two albums (Level Yourself, Listen Mr.) with producer engineer Neal Cappellino (Allison Kraus, Mindy Smith, Nickel Creek, Dolly Parton, etc.). In 2010 Levi opened for Train at the House of Blues LA on Sunset Strip and had the opportunity to create his first music video featuring “Hey Hey” set to be released with his next album. His latest endeavor includes involvement with the cutting edge documentary film Ten Talents (www.tentalentsmovie.com), which documents the struggle of independent artists: set to release nationwide in 2011 (Loews, AMC). Levi’s latest album, Listen Mr., continues to receive radio airplay across the nation.
